Rony was born on September 6, 1999, in Mission Viejo, California. He later moved to Portland at age 5. Rony’s first introduction to music was listening to Michael Jackson, who inspired him to begin making music. “My mom would play him all the time, that’s all I would listen to.” Rony began dreaming of becoming an artist at 13, but didn’t release music until he turned 20 years old. “I wanted to focus on school, but I dropped out of college because I felt like I was wasting my time.”

Rony’s ‘Pressure Makes Diamonds’ album consists of 8 tracks. Collaborating with Boston artist LyricLou, they released a remix to “Invincible” which became an overnight sensation. Currently, Rony is working on an Ep which will drop in mid June. Rony plans on staying consistent, and releasing music for his fans. Watch “Reminiscing” out on YouTube.
